At By Her, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, from browsing to receiving your beautiful nail products. Please read our shipping policy below for all the information regarding shipping timelines, fees, and details.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-10 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: During high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales events), it may take an additional day or two for your order to be processed.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping to ensure that you know exactly what you’re paying upfront. Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): £2.99
  • Free Shipping on orders over £50

Note: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Some locations may incur additional shipping fees.

Shipping Methods

We work with the following carriers for shipping:

  • Every
  • UPS
  • DPD

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Time

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery dates, please understand that shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed, and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Here are the general estimated delivery times for each method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping but are working to expand our reach in the future.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order by clicking the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

By Her is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping. However, if your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Address Accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address when completing your order. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Refund & Returns Policy

At By Her, we want you to love the products you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand how to return or exchange your products.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most of our products, provided that:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The product was purchased from By Her directly (returns are not accepted for products purchased from third-party retailers).
  • You initiate the return within 30 days from the date of order purchase.

Please Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with due to health and safety concerns, especially for nail products. If the product is defective or damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at byher.info@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number, the items you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the product back.

  3. Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include any receipts or order confirmations to ensure smooth processing.

  4. Drop off the package at the carrier specified by us, using the provided return shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, By Her will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

  • If you are returning a product for any other reason, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference. Please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details to speed up the process.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Opened or used nail products (e.g., nail polishes, cuticle oils, tools, or accessories)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please carefully review product descriptions before purchasing.
